SEIZE THE SUMMER with EURES!

On March, from 10:00 to 16:00 (CET), Seize the Summer with EURES 2025 will take place. This is an online recruitment and information event organized by EURES, the European Employment Network.
This initiative, now in its 8th edition, offers you European citizens, with or without professional experience, an excellent opportunity to work during the Spring-Summer season in the fields of Tourism, Entertainment, Hospitality, Catering and Travel-related Customer Service.
This year we have:
- 11 European countries: Austria, Croatia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Spain
- over 150 employers
- nearly 500 job and traineeship opportunities (with ca. 3200 vacancies available – this number will still increase up until the event day)
Most wanted profiles are: tourist and sports entertainers, fitness instructors, waiters and bartenders, hotel receptionists, cooks and kitchen assistants, tour guides, SPA therapists, room service, booking agents | customer service.
Companies are also looking for people with different languages knowledge.
WHAT YOU CAN DO ON THE DAY:
- Contact employers: you have the chance to interact with recruiting companies by videochat and follow some presentations during the Programme
- Get information and advice on:
- living and working conditions in the 11 participating countries
- (also financial) mobility-supporting schemes
- what to bear in mind when looking for (and accepting) a summer job abroad in the Tourism sector
- Participate in online recruitment interviews, if you apply for the jobs in the coming days (before the event)
